TranslateIt! Deluxe is an very fast offline dictionary: Universal words and texts translator (in TranslateIt!WithAddons pack already included dictionaries: Russian English, English French, German… Extensible word translation tool ( English, Russian, French and so on). No Internet access needed until full text translation tool using. Works with StarDict dictionaries. Command line mode support.
